Weekly Newsletter

Hi Divers

A big Congratulation to Our newest Open Water Divers, Catherine, Shawn, Craig, Emily, Jinyi, and Kiriwera for finishing her Rescue course.

Saturday and Sunday mornings meeting at the shop at 9.30am, let us know if you are coming along and what equipment you need.

Dive Wellington has one of the highest rates of female divers in the Country. To celebrate women in diving, we are organizing an underwater adventure dive to give some insight into continuing education courses. We will have female instructors and Dive Masters running the day. Sign up for the dive and some well-deserved treats (a drink and a bite to eat) after the dive.

Join us for just $45 which includes standard cost of gear hire plus a small fee to cover the post dive treats. Of course, we are more than happy for men to join us to show their appreciation too.

Contact us for more information or if you would like to sign up for our Women's Dive Day.

Are you thinking about a new drysuit? Our Aqualung Rep will be here with samples and available to answer any questions. Try one on and if the weather is suitable, we can offer a trial dive in a drysuit. There will be a small fee if you need gear hire as well. Let us know if you would like to book a dive.

Let us know if you would like more details on any of the trips below:

We have ended up with an odd number on next year's Fiji trip, so we have one space available. Spend a week in Fiji doing 10 dives including 4 shark dives and 6 reef dives. The trip includes flights from Wellington, transfers and accommodation with a room to yourself.

In 2019 we are looking at heading to Papua New Guinea. We need to book this trip early as it is very popular.

We have a trip heading to Northland October 13th to 15th. Weather permitting the plan is to dive 3 days including a day at the Poor Knights and 2 days in the Bay of Islands.

Have a great weekend and stay warm if you are heading to the rugby.

The team at Dive Wellington Dave, Paula, Josh, Mandy and Alex
